1. Services Provided

Jack’s Scoop Squad provides professional dog waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Weekly & Bi-weekly cleanups
  • One-time cleanups
  • Yard deodorizing (coming soon)
  • Other related services as agreed upon.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible area for our team to perform the Services.
  • Notify us of any hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, difficult to open gate’s, unsafe terrain) on your property.
  • Ensure your dog(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations and are free of contagious diseases.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about your property and service needs.

3. Service Agreements

  • Scheduling: Services are provided based on the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time). Schedules may change at any given time based on optimization of business routes for efficiency purposes
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time.  Monthly payments are considered pre-paid, once the first service of that pay period has been provided, there will be no partial refunds for that month since the service for that month has already begun.  To not get charged for that month, please contact us to cancel atleast 24 hours before you are billed.
  • Weather Conditions: Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat).

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Service fees are outlined in your service agreement or as quoted on our Website. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit card/debit card payments, and other forms of digital payments that Stripe allows.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in delay or suspension of Services.

5. Liability and Waiver

  • Jacks Scoop Squad LLC is not responsible for:
    • Injuries to pets or individuals on your property during or after Services.
    • Damage to property caused by pets or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather).
    • Health issues arising from pet waste not removed by our team.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Jacks Scoop Squad LLC  harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Termination of Services

  • By You: You may terminate Services at any time atleast 24 hours in advance, prior to being billed.
  • By Us: We reserve the right to terminate Services for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Non-payment.
    • Unsafe or hazardous conditions on your property, including poor upkeep on backyard.
    • Violation of these Terms.
    • Dangerous pets

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of the state of Arizona.
